Visit the cart to use the shipping calculator for shipping prices or alternatively request a shipping quote during checkout.
- All items are shipped via USPS in a padded envelope with First Class or Priority Mail postage unless requested otherwise.
- International buyers are responsible for understanding the customs duties, fees and procedures for your country BEFORE placing an order. You control how much you will pay in customs duties based on how much you order. Orders are shipped via airmail with the appropriate customs forms. The net order value (order total excluding shipping minus coupons) will be recorded on the customs form. We reserve the right to cancel orders requesting falsification of customs documents.
- Shipping costs are actual postage, and buyers can verify them on USPS.com.
- Orders are mailed 5 days a week. Normally, it would never be more than 2 days between payment received and items shipped. You will be notified if there is a delay for any reason.
- Our shipping automation uses the address in your Brick Owl order. Please ensure that your address is correct. Any special handling notes must be in the order comments or sent using the message system so they attach to your order. We do not always see the comments in your PayPal payment.
- We do not receive free or discounted shipping from USPS and therefore will not discount shipping costs or offer free shipping.
